My Dad, two tiny words that mean so much to me, My Dad. Two small words for such a massive man. A man who has always been there for me. Someone with time for anyone, always willing to help, basically just a wonderful man. A loving father and husband, whose heart had given so much to others over the years it just ran out. I find it hard to express myself to others at times like these but Dad I know you will know how much I miss you. We can have that gammon steak together next time. See you later mate xxx

My sympathy and condolences to you Rich, and the rest of your family.

My memory of Ivor will be the jokes we shared, and the hassle we went thru, trying to get team captains to use the duplex sheets rather than the back of fag packets for team lists and subs payments. He'll be missed.

Deepest sympathies to Richard and family. Ivor was a great man with a great character who always did a lot of un seen work at the club. I'm sure players past and present were grateful for Ivors support for the Dings, home and away. Rest in peace Ivor...............Wints.

Sorry to read this very sad news. As a new player who knew little about the Dings, Ivor always made you feel welcome and part of the club. Conor Flanagan

Deepest sympathy to you Richard, and all the Fackrell family there in Filton. Ivor will always be remembered by me, and all the players past and present for his kindness, helpfulness, and integrity.
Truly a man that stands for everything DINGS. Rest In Peace Mate. John Knight SNR.

So sorry to hear the news. Thoughts are with Rich and and his family and all at the mighty Dings RFC. A lovely man to have known and met in the too short time I had at the club. God bless.
Mike Davies.

There are many fine words I could say about Ivor Fackrell, but there is no need. Those that had the pleasure to know him will know well the qualities that made him special. All I need to say is that I have lost a brother who I always admired, a brother of whom I was justly proud, a brother who I loved and will miss enormously. Without Ivor my world will be a lesser and poorer place.

Sorry to hear of the passing of Ivor, I always remember standing waiting for the bus to take me to Lockleaze for training on a cold rainy night and Ivor would turn the corner and give this thankful person a lift to the ground. I am sure he will be missed by many.
