The Big Kick Off
You know what they say ‘’ when the going gets tough, the tough get going ‘’ and that’s what we saw on Saturday, a tremendous come back from the boys in blue and black. A performance money can’t buy! On the day its was all about heart, passion and playing for the club. A hard fought game by both sides.
We would also like to thank Bridgewater for bringing a coach load of supporters to the game, just a pity a number felt the urge to avoid paying and climb the wall! It may be an uncomfortable place to watch and play, but its home!
To the lady who turned down John (Pikey) Thorns offer of lucky Heather, never mind.
Now to this weeks task, The EDF Cup. We welcome Ealing Trail Finders, who have booked an all-inclusive package to sunny Lockleaze. This will be a totally different game from when we played them at their ground, and for many of their players a first visit to Dings. So let’s give them a traditional Dings welcome and hope to see some great rugby played. 2.30pm kick off, also England v South Africa on the big screen. Make sure you are there.
